Hey there!  

Just added options to the game which you can access by pressing the Escape OR P(ause) key.

And the pressing the OPTIONS button:

Here are the options I have so far from people asking for them..

I also lowered the sensitivity by default, it should be easier to aim as a whole.

This is specifically a reaction to users having difficulty to playing the game, sorry about that, and keep me in the loop as I'll continue making fixes like this and even features if anyone asks for them!
